Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving your item, without giving any reason.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

* Be unused and in its original condition;
* Be returned, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging, including all accessories;
* Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Products that have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them as you would in a physical store may be subject to a reduction in value or may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@musedearplugs.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as these returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, the direct costs of returning the item are your responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@musedearplugs.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns where the product has been opened, used, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day after you, or a person designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the product.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be made using the original payment method as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal and, where applicable, the returned product.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
