Shipping Policy

At MUSED, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Order before 23:30 and receive your order the next day in the Netherlands (except Sundays).

We work with our fulfilment partner and PostNL to ensure orders placed before 23:30 are prepared and dispatched in time for next-day delivery.

Orders placed after 23:30 will be processed on the next available dispatch day.

Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace link to follow your delivery.

Shipping Costs

The Netherlands: Free Express Shipping on orders of €75 or more.
The Netherlands: €4.95 shipping costs for orders under €75.
Other countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

We offer next-day delivery within the Netherlands for orders placed before 23:30, except Sundays.

Estimated delivery times:

The Netherlands: Next-day delivery when ordered before 23:30 (except Sundays).
Belgium: approximately 2–4 business days.
Germany: approximately 2–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays, peak periods or unforeseen circumstances. While we work closely with PostNL to deliver orders on time, occasional delays may occur.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your Track & Trace link so you can follow your parcel.

Invoice

After placing your order, you'll automatically receive your invoice by email.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. MUSED cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, insofar as permitted by applicable law.

Order Cancellation

You have a statutory 14-day right of cancellation after receiving your eligible order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you can submit your request using our cancellation form or by contacting us at support@musedearplugs.com. Prior approval is not required.

In addition, we offer a voluntary 50-day money-back guarantee on MUSED earplugs, even if you've worn them!
